The role of exercise From the very beginning of civilization, physical exercise
for physical strength and
aesthetic exercise for making oneself beautiful and attractive began. In ancient Dravidian civilization and
Babylonian civilization, body and beauty were
a major part of education. Impressions are gained in a fluid, global, diffused way.
In
modern times, the need for exercise has increased as science has greatly reduced
our opportunities for physical labor. In addition, those who do physical labor
also need special exercises to keep the internal organs of the body - such as
the heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas and other endocrine glands - i.e. the
body's hormone flow progressive and balanced. This is because if the internal
organs of the body are not able to keep the insects healthy and moving, then
the muscle power gets upset at some point.
Five years ago today, the Dravidian devotees invented yoga with the aim of keeping
the body healthy and making themselves fit for any sadhana or karmapaya by
mobilizing the performance of the internal organs of the body. In the twentieth
century, health science has become much more advanced, rich and complete. But
they could not find any better exercise than yoga. So in order to stay healthy in
the back, a large number of people, men and women, have become interested in
this yoga exercise. The number of people interested in yoga is increasing every
year. Even in the treatment of various complex diseases including hapani, heart
disease, diabetes, various postures of yoga exercises have been applied very
successfully.
Quantum exercises are simple and modern versions of yoga exercises. This
modernization has been done in the light of the quarterly observations and
research of the Yoga Foundation keeping in view the needs of modern men and
women of the new millennium. The various seats of yoga have become more
effective and fruitful with the power of Quantum. Although the exercises in this
book are specially written for women, a man and his wife can benefit equally by
choosing the necessary exercises.
